im complaining about poor customer service,delayed deliveries,dishonesty and slow feedback. i purchased online thru giftsnideas i asked daniel the customer service if it wilk ve delivered before 2014 ends he said yes.and that my shipping fee will be refunded too,back to my acct in 4 days. but its been 9 days now, no refund of shipping fee was made and its already 2015 and still its not delivered.when i talked to stephen and ryan customer service,they said its delivered already and that i should check my recepient.. i asked my recepient but he said nothing came yet.so im so disappointed why the customer service saying that its delivered when its not!! and then stephen said they will verify again but they can only give me feedback jan.6??!!! 7days delivery turned into 2weeks??i want immediate feedback ref#02453813
