Found a classified ad for "free" Shiba Inu puppies. Seller claimed that due to a death in the family, he was no longer able to keep the puppies, and would be giving them away for free on the condition that the buyer pays for shipping. Alfredo appears to have posted this same ad over many classified ad sites for many different locations. Upon contacting him at the phone number listed ((240)545-8324), He sent many photos of a puppy that he claimed was 13 weeks old. Google reverse image search shows the same puppy was 7 weeks old in 2011.
