One of this cards best features is text alert with each purchase and current balance minutes after each purchase. Since receiving my new "improved" card, replacing my old black card. I have never received one text alert. After several on line attempts to reset text alerts. No luck! After several phone calls to momentum They first blamed my cell phone provider, still No luck. I then went to store I got my card, they resetmy card 3 different times No Luck!! Yesterday I returned to complain again. Girl got momentum on phone after lengthy conversation I was given phone. I was told They had a problem they didn't know what it was and could NOT tell me when it would be fixed. I told them You advertise this as one of the services card offers, I want it fixed.She told me text a!erts were free. I am fed up with the run around and lies.
