Ordered the introductory item on 12/3/2014 for $4.95. Was then charged $44.95 on 12/19 for the same item but haven't received the paid-for item as of January 27, 2015. Since I cancelled my subscription for this product they will not answer the phone (automated) saying I cancelled and there is no way to get ahold of the company. They then hang-up.
