Found an ad on craigslist offering an apt in chelsea. I was suspicious when he said I had to hurry up and pay half rent and deposit because someone was 'begging' for those dates ( my dates were quite specific and months away!). I just googled him and thankfully others have raised a flag. Goodness knows how many scams this man is doing!
