I canceled this account within exactly five minuets after signing up. I was told i wouldn't be charged in the conformation email that was sent to me. However 14 days later i got charged 49.99 fee not just once but TWICE in a row within a span of 10 minuets between each UNAUTHORIZED transaction they had taken. Called the 888-250-5563 number given on the customer support page. operator came on within four rings and said reps were busy due to high call volume wait time will be longer then normal initial wait time is 10 mins. Stayed on hold for 20 then got hung up on. Called back and same thing happened over and over and over. I am a mother of 4 kids, this is more of a set back then these people of this company know. I need my money back. This is not fair to me or my kids. Someone help me please
