I received a very disturbing call from a woman with a heavy accent stating that I (no name) had a legal affidavit filed against me for Tax fraud. I called back the number above and spoke with another (male this time) person with a very heavy accent. He wanted to verify my name and address and proceeded to tell me that the IRS had tried to contact me three times via mail service and all notices were ignored by me and were returned. As I pressed him for information (I never was told what I had done or not done) he became agitated and told me to get ready that two officers would be at my door to arrest me and he hung up on me.
