International boundaries
The website is a Chinese scam. They pretend to sell digital currency for online games. Upon payment, they will repeatedly inform you that their 'supplier' is not available/offline, this drags on for over 24 hours. If you request a refund, they will tell you they cannot offer you one and either close the support chat or simply stop responding to you. Their registered company address and phone number is fake and doesn't exist. I have already reported the sales fraud/theft to VISA, Paypal and Moneybookers all of which they have accounts with.
