I am 53 years old. I have 3 adopted grandchildren, and disabled. I monitor my checking account daily, because I am on a fixed income, and I have to keep track of all my electronic withdrawals for bill pay, and how much money is coming out of my account in general. This is a daily routine for me and has been for years. Well today 11-9-2011, I noticed an unauthorized amount of $37.95. I googled the company name "VKEEPVOIP" which supposedly is some internet phone service, they offer a 30 day free trial and lots of other probably bogus benefits. The point is #1 I've never done any business with these people, because I never even heard of them! #2 I have 3 different phones in my house, with 3 different numbers, and can't afford any more even if I did want another! When the page pop up I didn't know which one to click on because they all had the word "SCAM" behind their name. I immediately called my bank's claim department, and the agent told me the same thing, these people are scam artists! They advised me to close that account, and reopen another one. This means contacting all my creditors with the new account number, which is a major inconvenience! I am furious!! Is there any way we can get these preditors? I am willing to assist in any way possible!!!!
