I saw this ad for sweet to svelte, it came in 2 bottles a 2 month supply tried it for almost a month did lose actually gained even though, I followed directions to the letter. I called the company the first customer service person was a male , sounded like I had jost woke him up and was very rude . So I tried again a few minutes later, got another person they gave me info to return, gave me a return (RMA) number so I packed and shiped it back all remaining pills and containers with the (RMA, inside and also on the outside. I called on oct 29th was informed my refund would b issued on mon.Nov. 6th I checked no refund called today Nov. ,9th very rude rep. stated they didn't recieve the pkg.i had billing reciept where my husband had mailed the item with the address and cost but no conformation # my fault didn't tell him to get confirmation # but without conformation # the rude rep. told me i would get no refund. I checked other complints evryone wh has tried and failed as I have said they gained weight, returned item for refund and no one has recieved a refund. always an excuse , Past the 60 trial or my same situation they never received the item back. Coinensidental isnt it/?I read numerous reviews and not one was favorable to this sweet to svelte co. with no email address or no stock # and no way to contact a supervisor.
