Our car got tow, for parking tickets, and not current car tags. The car is in my name and son. We paid the fees and got the car back. My son got a letter from the DMV saying that his DL will be suspened at the end the month.

I called DMV,and citation service center 4 times. reagrding this matter. It is crazy that you have to spend most of your day trying to get through to citation service center, to talk to someone. After hundreds attemps. I finally got to speak to someone by the of Abbey. Abbey is so rude, unprofessional. She need more customer service training. She stated that she will call me back on this matter. Never did I spent another day trying to resolve this. Spoke to so call, Jenny at citation service center but I really think it was Abbey again trying to be someone else. I told her that we paid for these tickets. Please up date your records my son license are at stake. She stated to me to send proof on how I paid for these tickets. I told her how can I show proof if I paid it in cash. I asked to speak to her supervisior and she said she is busy of course. I asked her who can I report this to. She gave me City of Bellflower number. Of course the name is joke. If my son get his license revoke I will sue city of Bellflower and Citation Service center. Dmv needs to look into this. I spoke to some there and they see that the tickets were paid.
