I ordered a pair of boots on 9/13/14. On 9/22 I received an email from Howcool informing me that the item was out of stock and inquiring whether I wanted to wait for the item to be back in stock or get a refund. I decided to wait. On 10/6 they emailed that the boots were no longer in production and my money would be kept as a store credit. I didn't check my email for a while, didn't receive a refund and contacted them by email on 12/6 asking for a refund. They replied on 12/14 that I had to log on to their site and request a refund. I did so. Received an email from Howcoll on 12/20 that they received my request for a refund and would have one withing a week. Weeks later still no refund. I kept waiting and figured I'd get a refund soon. I contacted them again on 2/22/2015 and let them know I didn't receive a refund. Got an email back saying they'd get in contact with me within 2 days. As of today 3/11/2015, they have not gotten back to me and still have my money.
