I contacted Azani Medical Spa because they advertised facial fillers. I expressed that I wanted Juvederm and they said they did not have Juvederm, but they had something "better." They supposedly injected my lips with Restylane and my nasiolabial folds with Perlane. They lied and actually injected me with Prevelle. I have been getting facial fillers every 3-5 months for the past 9 years. I have my own personal before and after photos for every injection. I have had Restylane before. They definitely did not put Restylane in my lips. Prevelle goes for $150/syringe in any city in America. They sold it to me, lying that it was Restylane, for $600 and they also overcharged on the syringes they said were Perlane. My after pics are the exact same as the before. They also advertised a special that I would receieve a free IPL treatment for purchasing the facial fillers and I did not get that. If my money is not refunded immediately, I am calling the health department on them to report their nasty hygeine over there and I am calling the PA Medical Board and Nursing board to complain about the unsupervised injections and the way they lied about the product. I recommend nobody ever goes here for any reason!
