My computer has been running slow.
There have been 4 failed attempts to fix this problem. I told this to the the supervisor I spoke to before the 4th and most recent attempt. He was sympathetic, apologized, and assured me that it would be fixed on this attempt. Unfortunately that was not the case. Thus far their interventions have not only failed to fix the problem but have made matters worse. My computer has functioned more poorly with each intervention since the very first attempt.
I had hoped that by purchasing a service contract from this company my computer maintenance chores would be made less burdensome. The opposite has happened.
