I applied for a small trial sample. The next month they sent me a large tube of cream and charged my credit card $120 USD. we live in Canada so when the package was delivered while I was out, my spouse had to pay $25 CDN for import duty. My credit card issuer could not reverse the charge. The exchange rate for the US dollar is very high at the moment so the total loss ends up close to $200 of our money. We cannot figure out which address to use to return product and hold out no hope of a refund so we have to suck it up.
