Ordered a trial product and less than a month later, while I was out of the country,'my account was charged an additional $173.90 plus insufficient funds of $70.00, as they processed 2 orders and there was not enough funds to cover the amounts.
I didn't realize this until I returned back to the USA and then they claimed the 14 days had passed;
I was supposed to notify within 14 days that I didn't want their product about my dissatisfaction!!
According to the last person I argued with for 45 minutes, I would get get refund in 2-3 business days, but only after threatening I was taking them to court and suing them for 5 times my loss plus my attorney fees!!
Let's see if I get my money
