i deposited $400 in cash and $800 in form of a check on 12/4/15. the next day i had an emergency and needed to withdraw $200. i went to the my branch atm to withdraw $200. the screen on the atm showed i was not authorized to withdraw any monies . how is this possible? i called customer service and the automated messege said there was noone available until monday 12/7 . we deposit our monies to banks in good faith and then when we require our monies we are told we can only access our funds when it is convenient for the banks. banks make tons of profits using our funds then make us beg for access to our own money.
