I ordered a pair of boots from this website on December 27, 2015. I received the boots around January 14, 2016. The boots they sent were not the boots I ordered. I contacted the website by email(no phone was listed) and after a few rounds of going back and forth they are only willing to refund me 15% of order. In one email they admitted that the warehouse sent the wrong boots. I offered to send the boots back so they could refund me full price and they will not. Now I haven't heard from them. I just want my money back, and others to know not to order from this website.
