On 21/04/2010 I was asked to buy a loyalty from this company for£398 Plus the renewal fee of £99 taken in Jan 2010
then on 9/11/2010 I was told I would be better with a gold loyalty card for a further £250
The renewal fee of £99 was taken in Jan 2011
The next request was on 14/03/2011 that i would benifit from a platinum card costing a further £375
then on 29/09/2011 they took £99 from my bank account as an annual renewal fee which was not due until 01/2012 I have since made them return this sum (£99) I am now in the process of instructing my bank not to pay this company any more money
