International boundaries
Phone call implied they were calling from Microsoft to prevent my computer from crashing completely and that there were hackers with access. I was awakened and given threatening scares about computer loss of function.
Then the pitch came for lifetime service for $199.00 dollars cost and that they were independent from Microsoft and providing a "service".
