My 10 year old son was given an Xbox live Gold code from his Grandmother for Christmas. The code didn't work because Microsoft said that it had already been used. The company would not respond to my emails so I sent a request through the website (website is all in German). I was told because it has been more than 14 days they won't do anything about it. How can they sell codes that have already been used?
