Costco e-mailed a survey regarding a purcase I made, I filled out the survey and they sent me a choice of a "free" gift, stating that all I would have to pay is postage. I chose Bella At Home teeth whitening. I received the product then was charged $3.87 3 days later then $94.31 a week after that. When I called customer service, they indicated that I did not read the "terms and conditions" on their website and that I would be charged a recurring fee for the product unless I cancelled. When I attempted to cancel and told them I would send back the product, they then said that I couldn't do that...then tried to refund me $33 then called back and said they would refund me $50. Please do not get involved with this company. I never saw terms and conditions. I also have been getting crazy junk e-mail from all kinds of companies since I did this.
