Dear Support

I am Thabo Daniel Kekana and I have opened a Binary Option trading-account with CW Option (Website: www.cwoption.com).

On the 26th of March 2016 I deposited an amount of sixty dollars ($60) with CW Option and from the 26th of March 2016 until the 30th of March 2016, I made five (5) trades of which I won four (4) trades from the five (5) trades a placed.

I accumulated one hundred and eighty three dollars ($183) in my trading account and on the thirty first of March 2016, I requested to withdraw the cash ($183) with no success to date.

I e-mailed the necessary documents (Id-Copy; Front side of my bank-card and my bank-statement) to Support and I received two (2) e-mails from CW Option stating that they will issue my cash withdrawal in a few days.

It has been over two (2) weeks I requested the cash withdrawal with no success.

My request and plea to Scam Book is that, I need the company to help me get my cash withdrawal.

Kind regards
Thabo Daniel Kekana
