It was an offer from Zantac to pay you back for the price of their product up to $20 at cvs. You had to print off their voucher fill it out and send in a upc and the original receipt. I did all of that now I got a post card telling me they can't find my purchase date. They say I can resubmit to prove I bought it in certain time frame. But they have my proof. The date above may be a few days off. But I know I was in the time frame or I wouldn't have wasted the stamp.
