This guy scammed me on Ebay. He purchased a cassette deck and then fraudulently claimed it did not work. He asked for a partial refund but when I did not give it to him this scammer returned the deck still working but I had to pay return shipping. This is a pretty common scam now on Ebay and needs to stop.
