On February 12, 2016, I entered into a purchase agreement to trade my old car for another. I was informed that financing was obtained and my old car would be paid off. I gave them 2000.00 and they illegally withdrew another 1250.00 from my account. Long story short, no financing were obtained and my old car was on their lot for sale and wasn't paid off as well. I obtained an attorney which informed them to give me back my old car and I would give them back theirs, as well as my money back. We arranged to exchange both vehicles and money. But they refused to give me back my money. I'm in the process of sueing Haims motors now in small claims court, which is scheduled for June 14, 2016 at the Hollywood court house.
