We brought my wife's phone in as it wasn't ringing when you called she is an Operating Room Nurse who is on call s verbal evening a month
We brought the phone back to the store we purchase it at 6 months ago. We were told we could use our last upgrade and pay the tax. Or take it to Apple.
What kind of BS is this. If you sell something that costs 600 and it does not work you need to replace. This is called the cost of doing business.
Since I have purchased over 5 phones from this retailer you would think they might want to help you. No they only want to sell more phone.
This is the worst Verizon company representative I have met yet. Stay away from theriomorphic premium retailer in the Huntingdon Valley Shopping center I Humtingdon Valley Pa
