Equifax insisted my social insurance number and a major credit number in order to look into my file to help me. this is wrong. that is personal information that can fall into the wrong hands for credit fraud etc. they should not be aloud to demand that. they said they can not help me without those two numbers. I can not get email . not sure how. I am a senior. phone number is 1613 7664011.please follow up with a phone call. they need to be stopped. I am sure some people give that info out not realizing the importance of it. maybe that is why identity theft is so high now?
