I ordered 5 Disney DVD's and paid for them via paypal. Alarm bells starting ringing when I got the package and they were sent from Thailand. Once opened these were obviously fake DVD's with 2 of the DVD's having spelling mistakes. I contacted them twice to say I was unhappy with the DVD's and I wanted a full refund, they never replied to my emails. I then opened a dispute with Paypal and was informed to send them back to Century21 at my own personal cost. I did so at once at a cost of £9.81 and then got my dispute closed by paypal as I did not use tracking, God knows how much that would have cost me! I have been emailing Century21 shop to confirm that they have recieved the DVD's back and what a surprise they are still not responding to my emails!
