Basically I received an award notification from The Award Notification Commission asking me to send the processing fee of 11.89. I immediately started researching and concluded that this is another damn scam! Someone on this site asked if there was anyone else who had the same official winning number 13570. Well yes I do, so yes this is definitely some bs.
