I completed a NTD survey for customer service at the end of the internet provider's survey, it said I could receive free gifts for the shipping price of $5.00
I completed it and rec'd the product with only a packing slip. no other instructions were included with the items.
now one month later my credit card has been hit 3 times with charges of 97.41, 98.41 and 97.41.
when I called the only number listed on the packing slip, Kala said that I agreed to a monthly shipment and that those were the charges, she refused to refund anything, but said she would now cancel "my membership" today.
I never agreed to any "membership".
what a fraud!!!
