Ordered an A-Line dress princess dress and got a bodice with a gathered skirt. Not only do they screw you out of a refund, they don't even know how to use design terms so I'm sure their descriptions don't match the product. Customer Service says if the mistake is theirs they will take responsibility for it but they do nothing to correct the mistake. How is it not a mistake when an A-Line dress with princess seams us ordered but a ballroom gown is received? Countered their offer of 20 percent refund or 30 percent towards a new dress with 15 to 20 percent restocking fee and 80 percent refund. We'll see how they respond.
