C.K.A was hired by our company to provide collection services against a difficult customer. They stated they had really good leads and found several judgments against this client. They indicated this was a slam dunk! After more than 3 years, and nothing more than demand letters, I finally had demanded more. I asked for copies of all correspondence they sent/filed and was told I already received that. They only things I ever got was a fax cover letter stating a demand letter was sent...AGAIN! I fired them and requested my money back. They stated I had broke the contract and am not entitled to a refund! I have filed with the state attorney general of California and the Better Business Bureau.
