On October 15th I thought I was just getting a trial for the Garcinia Cambogia and was offered the green tea as well. I thought I only had to pay the shipping. It was supposed to be a 14 day trial which I thought meant I could try them for a full 14 days. They claim that the 14 day trial starts the day you make the order not when you receive them. It took 6 days for me to receive the product so that's 6 days already taken off the 14 days. I was also unaware I'd be charged so much after the trial also that the prices were in USD. I live in Canada and it's being shipped within Canada so I'm still very confused as to why I'm being charged USD. When I called the customer service number to inquire why I was being charged they treat you like you're an idiot. They also had no explanation on why it does not say anywhere the prices are USD. I've called 4 times and each time when I was getting treated like I'm stupid, getting no real answers, and being interrupted every time I tried to speak I asked to speak to a manager in charge and each person basically refused to let me speak with anyone stating they were all busy all the time. I was told by one person to call back 4 hours later and the manager would be available then. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service and misleading advertisements. Does anyone know if there is anything we can do to get our money back? Or is it gone forever?
