I ordered a pair of leggings, thinking it was a UK site. Weeks later I received a package from China with a pair of Diesel jeans. When I complained and asked how I could return them and get the ones I ordered, I received the following answer:
"So sorry for the wrong sent,but products you got is also nice and hot sale from our site.Will u have a try?And we can do u 20%-50% discounts on your next time order as compensation,is that ok?"
When I replied persisted that I wanted what I had ordered this reply came:
"But return process and then refund will waste really long time of u.Customs is also strict for return parcel.why not settle with fast and safest solution meothod?"
