Ordered the trial which I received with no contact information, no phone number to call to cancel the trial. Nothing. Was then charged 99.00 for the product billed to my credit card. Called, they said they had sent an email confirming the order, I never received an email. On November 12th, they charged another $99.00 to my credit card I called and they said that product is shipped every 30 days. I believe I finally got the mess cancelled, but they accept no returns and the second shipment they already sent I am stuck with. They are a scam operation, with worthless products that they are charging a lot for, and trap you with no information on how to cancel their so called trial on the product. They did this in conjunction with another product called Nuriva which I was also charged for to the tune of 89.00 for two months supply the same as Renaderm. So I am out nearly $400 for both products that I didn't want, didn't order and don't like after trying their so called trial.
