they called and asked me to answer 10 questions including if i had health insurance, do i own or rent a home, do i have a septic sewer system, do i have or someone in my family have diabetes, do i use credit card, debit or personal checks. then the automated operator said in 48 to 72 hours someone would contact me. but before the automated operator said that a live person asked for my name,zip code,and phone number.
