I ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots for my daughters Christmas through the UGG site with my husbands credit card. As soon as I submitted the payment the site closed and then received an email thanking me for the transaction, gave Dollar amount and said that this company would appear on his credit card statement. Also gave an email and transaction number but no product details or shipping info. Thought it was fishy told my husband to cancel order but he didn't. I emailed looking for the order and no email back, tried looking for the company info this is what I found. Truly upset.
