I called to have the appliances picked up. They first called stating they were a collection dept and that I was late on my payment. I advised the caller that I'd asked for the equip to be picked up. The caller confirmed it to be true and removed my number from their call list. Next Roberto from the Recovery dept called wanting to offer me a buyout. I kept telling him I did not want to buy it. So he then told me they would need 30-days to pick up the appliances. I informed him I was moving out of state in 2-weeks. He then denied my recovery...and said I could purchase the items by making two more payments.....I told him I don't want them, and that I'd deliver the appliances to the store, he told me I could not do that, that they have a third party recovery company and would need 30-days to recover the appliances and that I could purchase them and resell them, give them away or donate them.....I told him I DO NOT WANT TO PURCHASE THEM, IWANT THEM PICKED UP..He stated he was denying my recovery..........so, I will deliver the appliances to the store and they can figure it out......
