I feel very ashamed that I did not notice this was happening. I do a lot of online purchasing, so it probably slipped by me. Complete save have been taking £15 per month from my bank account, probably for more than one year, and I have no idea how they did it because I never gave them my bank details. I don't know how they had access to them or how they kept them updated. I don't even remember subscribing to anything, but it could have been a case of ticking / unticking the wrong box by mistake. I had told Barclays (my bank) aout this the first time I notced, a few months ago, and they said they would stop it and report it but they did nothing. These people kept taking money from me. Until today, I saw it again, and I searched through old emails and I found an email I had never read before saying I was a member of Complete Savings.... how that happened, will remain a mystery... I feel too stupid to say anything else right now.
