I originally saw this product being offered on Yahoo, with Natalie Morales's name/picture attached to the product. I signed up for the "trial"which included a cream and gel like serum. I was charged $4.95 for each. The next month I received the products again and a charge for $99.15 and $86.15 for the products. I immediately called to cancel and send back the product. I was told I did not cancel within the 30 day window and too bad, but that they would cancel my subscription to receive monthly in the future. Well I just received another bill, but no product (December 13, 2016). The gentleman had the gall to tell me I called on Nov. 14th to cancel and they had already billed me Nov. 8th for the next shipment, so I would be paying another almost $200. I demanded credit card to be credited the $185.30 for the Nov. 8th charge. The gentleman kept to the script and slowly offered a percentage back until he understood I would not settle for anything less than 100% back. He said yes he would, gave me a confirmation# and said good bye and hung up. Will check credit card in a few days for the refund. Oh and by the way, I asked what do I do with the product when it arrives that they billed me for Nov. 8th. His reply, you won't be getting it mam, it hasn't been sent yet. I said your work is nothing but a scam. OMG, this is horrible please don't fall for this. It is not a cheap scam.
