SWAT team came with the intent to install the system but not in the location I recommended but instead they wanted to install the system about 30 inches in from my wall and they couldn't even guarantee a radon level of lower than 2. The tech that came to install doesn't know what the warranty is for the equipment or how much the system can lower the radon level. He got me in touch with tech on the phone. The man was rude and started shouting. I told him if there is no guarantee to have the radon level lower than 2, I will not sign up for the service/system. The tech left. On Tuesday, Dec 20, 2016, I received a cancellation bill for $195. I never signed the agreement or was told of the cancellation fee and/or policy.
I started researching this company a bit more and found out they are crooks. Don't ever use them.
