A pop-up critical error message appeared on my screen with the above phone number
I was told I was being threatened by Trojan 32
they took control of the computer that I foolishly authorize them to do
They will not fully credit me; my computer tech guy has reversed everything and removed the remote access that they retained to my computer
They put a $15 AVG iCloud block and charged me $370 and I didn't need it in the first place
do the right thing and credit me fully!!!
