i ordered a free sample for 4.99 and when i got it i received two bottles and was charged another 4.99 for it. i checked my account and found out they charged my account 99.00 i called them and they said that there was a disclaimer that stated that if i was unhappy i should have called them. i do not remember seeing a disclaimer. i was also told that you have to order both bottles not just one which i was not told. i was told that if i had not opened the bottles i could get a full refund. how you suppose to know if it works if you do not open it up. i was told that i would only get back 50% of the 99.00 since i opened the bottles. and they can not receive it back if it is open. that is where they get you. how do you know it does not work if you do not open it up. never will i order from them again. and would advise no one else order from them.
