i leased a credit card machine from thim and was told i could return the machine within 30 days if i was not satisfied. and only have to pay the $94.00 montly charge and the % for each transaction. which was about 20%. after doing all of this and 10 years later not hearing anythig else from thim. i got a final demand. wanting $8,584.67. after calling all tomeka told me was that they dont offer a 30 trial. the person who sold me the machine said there was 30 days to return it. he did that to get me to take the bait. tomeka offerd to settle the account for $2,400.00.even though i have returned the machines 10 years ago.
