I must agree with Thomas who left a negative feedback. The whole purchase of my scooter was nothing but a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!
First they overcharged me then sent me a knock-off. It did not perform as it was advertised at all. When my husband called the company they gave him a RUDE ATTITUDE.
It is so funny that they deny any wrongdoing with their malacious business technique. They say that " we have no customer by this name" in their response to the other cheated customer's review. Sure they will say the same to my name as well. It 's so obvious. They say that they do not write their own reviews becuase if they did they would have a lot more of them - what a joke! All the good ones must have been written by the company.

It's also on youtube. I am sick and tired of dealing with these THIEVES!!
They are also on Ripoff report where they play the same game. They are not taking any responsibility in anything.
