I ordered only a sample of a dietary product that was to cost me 4.95$ . But, when I received my monthly credit card statement, I noticed that they had charged me for the whole "package" (4.95+172.41+11.43 USD) Then, I went to the post office and there was the "box" which contained the products that I had not ordered. So, I returned immediately the whole thing and I called the company. The clerk blamed me for returning the product without getting an autorisation....and refused to refund me. She offered me options which I didn't accept because I just wanted a refund. And I told her that was "fraud" which didn' t seem to bother her at all.....how could they do that to clients???Then she just hang up on me. I still want my money back since I didn't order nor keep the products.
