After 11 days, I asked why the product had yet to ship. I was directed to a policy that you could not find until 11.16.2011 when a link was suddenly added. I politely suggested a different phrasing, and had my order cancelled without my permission.

It sounds like they cancelled your order and gave your money back? No harm no foul in my book. Not much of a scam... more like hurt pride. LOL.... I've had much worse
