I received an email posing as Reader's Digest this morning. It was telling me I need to renew my subscription. I do not subscribe to Reader's Digest, but my mother does. When I opened the email, it had all of my mom's personal information (luckily not her credit card info). My mom isn't very internet savvy and may have fallen for this scam had they gotten her email correct. When I checked the link to "customer service," it directs to w1.buysub.com. That website looks exactly like the real Reader's Digest, with all of Reader's Digest's info at the bottom, but it is all fake. Don't fall for this phishing scam! I'm glad I intercepted this!
