Visited getusedautoparts.com to order a rear end axil. Got a call from a Streamline Auto Parts rep within mintues, who informed me that the product was in stock. Paid an extra $50.00 for expediate delivery within 4 days. After 4 days, no part. Called but never got an answer. Was sent an email from the "manager" saying the phone lines were down due to techincalm problems. Had to cancel the delivery after the 6th day because the part did not come in time. Contacted Streamline by email to inform that I cancelled the delivery and wanted a full refund (phone lines unavailable). Was informed when I happened to get someone (by mistake I think) that the refund would be put back into my account within 4 business days. Its been two weeks and no refund has been received. Still calling for my refund, goes to voice mail or the mail box is full. Stay clear of this company. They are fradulant and will scam you out of your hard earned money.
